I the undersigned having consumer number 64327847 would like to bring to your notice that black marketing happening at our distributor agency at kandivali as detailed below.

Recently on 04th June 2015 had given order via booking number 426038259 and on 17th June 2015 received SMS for crediting subsidy amount for cash memo 39208 dated 16.06.2015. However the fact was we have not received cylinder on 16th june which seems to be sold by the agency with extra cost.

Based on SMS we called up agency but they did not responded on this goof up neither they are ready to look into this issue which clearly states that agency is doing black marketing of pending delivery orders. Subsequently they arranged to provide delivery but delivered without providing customer acknowledgement copy.
