Please find the bill in which Hotel Sanman, Kapurbavadi, Thane is charging 18% GST above their menu card rate.
Morover nowhere in menu card, they have printed that taxes will be extra applicable ( hence each page copy of menu card attached.)
Inspite, this is pointed out to hotel cashier, he insisted that .. the government has asked them to charge accordingly. (?) . Moreover, its understand from other people in hotel that the association ie AHAR also supports this.
He is charging to all customers and that extra money to be recovered by government from such hotels not only for one particular case who complaints..
