VAT has been charged as 12.5% on full bill amount as Rs 102.44, also again
25% VAT has been charged on aerated beverage as Rs 19.25. so why double VAT has been charged?

When asked the restaurant they said except for service charge rest all taxes goes to the government, so does that mean in the name of government, the restaurant is charging excess tax and pocketing this extra amount?

    Sir even after convincing that the present gst on ac restuarants is 12% they did not agree to reduce and agree to charge extra hence making them selves in attract profiterring clause which attacts criminal action as well...please do provide me justice as the date of bill clearly shows profiterring taxtics by payade hotel in miraroad

    Koregaon park pune restaurants are over charging for every thing .The prices of every item is already high then they add taxes and for packing they use containers and they are also charged 4 times more than their actual value.
