Hi,
I have taken Reliance postpaid number (9831345852) and due to service related issue I would like to convert my post paid number to prepaid number but retailer is denying to convert the number saying service not possible from head office. after several attempt they don't bother about my problem.
Kindly look into this matter and help me to convert my mobile number from post paid to prepaid.
