Complaint about Defective Kelvinator Refrigerator not replaced

Dear Sir,

I had purchased Kelvinator Refrigerator dated 24th December 2015 from Shop Clues online. It stops working in the month of September 2016 and I raised a complaint in the Customer Care Dated 12th September 2016 under Ref No: DEL1209160003.
After several reminder and follow up email, I am just giving time and no solution. As a final email I wrote to the concerned person and Customer Care that I will be filling a complaint and thereby I received a call from the concerned authority
that order has been approved and product will be replaced on 6th October 2016. I waited for 10 more days to get some solution, however I had not received any confirmation from the company or Service Center. Again I called on 18th October but I could not received any satisfactory answer.
I am facing lot of problem and family distress because of this. My family is totally depressed since we are both working and we have to plan our food in the night to have it in the morning as we both are working. Because of defective Refrigerator we could not store any food items and this leads to some imbalance. I have written to the Company that I will be buying a new Refrigerator and compensate me by the amount. I request you to please look into the matter and provide some solution.
