TataSky recharge not done but amount got debited from account via google pay

I tried to recharge TataSky of Rs. 322 via google pay on 08/03/2020. Amount got debited from my bank account but tatasky account did not recharged. When I contacted to tatasky customer care then they asked me to wait for 48 hours to refund money. after 48 hours again I contacted to Customer care then they asked to wait for another 72 hours. I got a call from them by saying that they can not do anything from their end and I should contact bank on this.
