Some unwanted agencies making train dirty with their bad advertising methods.
Can share pics related to it

If someone is paying so much money for the advertisement in rails and else are using freely and making trains dirty with sticking adds everywhere.
They provided contact number on their adds , still no one is taking action for the same

I’m seeing this from last many years

Can anybody fix this issue .
