My refund amount not credit in my account

Respected sir,
The amount 636 was deibted from my account number 18710100026191 on date 21/April/2022 for the purpose of railway ticket booking.The mode of payment used was paytm .
After cancellation of ticket on date 24/April/2022 refund has been initiated by IRCTC .The refund transaction details,as provided by IRCTc are given below:

Refund ID : 100000615110485
Refund amount : 405 rupees
Refund status : transaction cancelled

The refund amount is crdit to stelling tecnologies private limited and not yet credited to my bank account kindly do the needful.
