Dear Sir,
I take this opportunity to write you and would like to thank this Government for putting best efforts to make Railway better.
As a passenger as well as common citizen of Honest India I must appreciate the Good changes and efforts shown by you and your team.
But there is something missing in few personals of Railway that is “Working Honesty” which in other term we may call “WORK CORRUPTION”.
“WORK CORRUPTION” means they don’t do their duty with full honesty.
This could be understood more easily by going through a complaint I logged with IRCTC. I would like to write the things in detail to you.
When I am dissatisfied with the complaint redressed by Indian Railway and IRCTC. I decided to write you and at least inform you in the matter. I hope you understand the pain of a common citizen of India. In this matter I log many complaints

Result:- Complaint Closed mentioning “In view of remarks furnished by IRCTC. The case may be closed.”
I would like to know what is the Remarks furnished by IRCTC and what investigation is done.
==================================MY Complaint =====================================
Dear Sir,
I am taking liberty to write this mail to you all officials to bring your kind attention that I have filed a complaint regarding wrong decision on my TDR filed.
In this connection I would like to tell you as follows:
1. I booked a ticket from DNR-BSB on 13-DEC-2016 bearing PNR No. 6662350356 Train No. 19064.
2. As per SMS received Departure time was 16:40 Hrs.
3. When I reached to DNR Station I came to know that train was rescheduled and will arrive at 19:30 hrs.
4. Around 18:30 Hrs I came to know that Train No. 19064 was again rescheduled and will Depart at 22:00 Hrs from DNR.
5. Then I decided to switch the train and called one of my friends to arrange ticket in some other train which is showing on time and I got the ticket in other train. My friend booked my ticket in Train No.13255 bearing PNR No. 6159517543 PPTA-MGS.
6. Then I filed TDR against PNR No. 6662350356 at 18:57 hrs. on 14-Dec-2016
7. On 29th Dec 2016 a reply from IRCTC received in my inbox mail which i seen on 3rd -Jan -2017 that "TDR Request Repudiated Through EDR/ECRS"
My question is that:
1. How it is possible for a person to travel in two different trains at same time?
2. Why Ticket Examiner in train No.19046 shown in his chart that I have traveled?
I am not asking for refund.
I am asking for answer of my two questions in the mail.
I hope there is someone honest in the Railway to take positive action on the issue.
I need Name and address of the Ticket examiner on duty on that day.
So that I am able to write him the same letter asking some valuable questions.
Why the official not taken pain to go into depth of the issue and just given a standard answer/reply on their table.
Again requesting to take pain to do something better for the nation.
Attaching three files for your reference.
1. Ticket on which I filed TDR.
2. Proof of train delayed more than three hours.
3. Ticket of other train on which I actually traveled.
Hoping to hear someone soon in a positive direction.

In view of the above connection I suggest the following:-
1. Railway should develop a ticket checking system using modern technology. This saves our environment and also helps in stopping leakage and “WORK COURUPTION” by ticket examiner.
2. How this system works is a big issue, but I have a solution to suggest.
3. First all reserved class ticket is linked by AADHAR of passenger.
4. Then when Final chart is prepared for a train before departure. This chart automatically updated in the device of Ticket Examiner device that is on duty for that Train. First benefit: Lots of Paper will be saved and cost of stationary is also saved by railway.
5. In Ticket examiner’s device last four digit of AADHAR is hidden. He will to enter the last four digits in his device by asking the passenger who had booked the ticket. Second benefit: This ensures that Ticket examiner done his duty honestly.
Third benefit: Claim redressed faster and conveniently.

Those TCS are paid by our taxes they don't have any right to betray us. Some days before i forgot about renewal of my pass and a lady TC caught us we were ready to pay the fine but the next thing TC did wasnt acceptable she held us by our collars n bags leading to a great mess. V paid fine without saying a word cz she was a lady by that wasn't the proper way to behave with us they should be changed they behave like god's who the hell they are they are just government servants and they were corrupt. In front of us they were accepting bribe but V paid our fine and a action should be taken against them.
