Amount deducted on UTS APP and got successful notification but didn't received railway pass

Myself Manish Sharma, I applied for monthly pass from Mansarovar station to Chembur on UTS app (6/2/2023). The transaction done by UPI ID and I got successful message also. but still neither it show any pass on APP nor i got any refund. Same thing happen lot of time while booking through UTS. I tired to call on their customer care also but never able to talk with operator. please do the needfull
