PROBLEM - EPSON JODHPUR SERVICE CENTER NO PROVIDE SERVICE
मैने 04/07/2016 को रिपेयर कराया
06/07/2016 को ओर रिपेयर कराया
31/08/2016 को रिपेयर करवाने सर्विस सेंटर गया तब 5000 रु मागे मेरे से तब मैने 09/09/2016 को online complain करवाई तब 12/09/2016 को मेरे printer को रिपेयर किया वापिस 15/09/2016 को pinter Problem हो गयी अभी रिपेयर नही कर रहे है

    Poor print quality of Epson Inkjet L365 printer by Ajay Ghose:

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased Epson L 365 printer one month back. At the time of installation itself we complained to the engineer who came for installation about poor quality, he said this the best quality. After getting the print of the same model from my brother who is already having this printer, i showed it to the engineer, he saying that this is not possible it must be some other printer. Even I have shown him the print quality of a much cheaper version of HP inkjet printer, which has much better print quality. He was simply unable to address the issue I complained again and again the same story by the service engineer.

    I request you to please pass my complaint to Epson as they only have telephone nos and no email ID. I can share the scanned image for comparision of quality.
