    I sent the parcel on the13th of September and it has still not reached the destination. It literally stayed in Kohima for 5 days before being dispatched to Dimapur. Very disappointed. Speed post has also been a scam as it took longer than the usual type of parcel! Please look into the matter soon. Hope that by the next time, the issue will be resolved and it wouldn’t be delayed this long.
