Acidental case turn to revenge case intentionally by police and opposition

Respected Sir,
I am Abhishek Singh ,the resident of the accidental area Pepla (Idreshpur),Meerut,250501. Sir it's an urgent request you to see into the matter that was an accidental which is now converted to revenge one. Actually the case was that the neighbours were fighting for little reason and in between that they had a gunshot then accidently the bullet got shot at the boy ,Vishal who was not involved in the fight. He was just standing right there to peep into the no reason matter . Immediately the boy was sent to the hospital for treatment.
My complain is regarding that this accidental case is now turned into the revenge case by the boy's family and the police . The most interesting thing is that the police knows everything about the accidenta and knowingly they fire the wrong report against the victims by IPC section 307. The case was between A and B party and the C party is also involved in the revenge case for no reason. The police is earning good amount of money from opposition in order to make the fraud case.The village people knew the truth but no one is speaking about this.
The boy is totally fine now but family, police and doctors report him as seriously ill. Police is forcing the victims to speak wrong statements according to the police and boy's family.
Boy's family involved Malkhan Singh Sharma (75) as C party as the main victim who shot the boy and the remaining two victims as the ones who missed the target. Is it any sense that 75 old man shot gun intentionally at a person and he got the right target in dark at 9:30 pm( accident timing).What a Joke!!! More the remaining 2 victims who are just half in age of Malkhan Singh named Puneet Sharma and Vikas Sharma got there target missed.Sir I don't have original FIR copy to show you but I request to get it under your control and read and find what a tollywood story is going on.
My own request to you to give some of your precious time in this case so that the wrong may not be punished and the right get the punishment. I request you to take strict actions against the police so that they may not repeat this in the future and they know what is there duty and what is not. I am not that much highly qulified take some action but I request you to take some strict action against the case and please see into it.
Family members who fired fraud complaints are Guddu Chaudhary , Joginder Chaudhary, Vipin Chaudhary, Ravipal Chaudhary, Birender Chaudhary.
