I was making an online payment on madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd from Internet banking.
Amount deducted (PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTION/delhi) but did not paid. I called on my bank customer care no. he said that your payment is successful.
Than I again call on madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd he said that you did not make any payment.
I am not a customer of PayTm Mobile Solutions delhi. Sir/Mam kindly refund me the transaction made through my net banking of Rs. 35235 on 17/03/2021
