मेने cleartaxgst से एक softwear 354० रूपए में दिनांक 5/12/17 को खरीदा था जिसका payment मेने razorpay से किया था दिनाक ७/12/17 को यह softwear मेने बापस कर दिया जिस पर मुझे 354० रूपए मेरे बापस आना चाहिए था जिस पर cleartaxgst ने मुझे payment id rfnd_9Cr0IUepGT52cu दी मेने razorpay तथा cleartaxgst से कई बार बात की वोह कहते है मेने आप का पैसा भेज दिया है जिस पर मेने कई बार बैंक statment भी उन को भेजा और कहा की मेरा पैसा बापस नहीं आया जिस पर उन्होंने मुझे कोई संतोषजनक जबाब नहीं दिया कहते है में अपने बैंक से मिलान कर रहा हूँ 1 माह गुजर चुका है
