Portea ranchi manager not paying my payment from last 5 months.

I am working in company from january 2022 , and last I will work on March. I am work as a home care nurse through a company. Company manager is not paying my payment from last 5 months. And if I will ask for payment he abuse me and misbehave with me. Every time he say payment will come next month but payment not credit to account. And i also talk with head of the company they also do same.
