Payment Complaint Complaint Date: November 23, 2021
I am unable to book an OLA ride since 2 months because it shows i have INR 465 pending as due.
I have paid the driver in cash, this should have been updated by the driver in the system.
They dont have any customer care support available to provide aid for any customer related issues to be promptly resolved.
Can some one look into this please
