None receipt of online payment of Rs.4749/-, Internet pack recharge from GTPL Bradband through PayTM

I have made a payment of Rs.4749/- toward Internet pack recharge from GTPL Bradband through PayTM portal on 24.04.2018 at about 8.50 PM through my HDFC Credit Card. But it was not debited to the GTPL account after more than 15 days and also was not shown in the PayTM wallet's order summary. I have tried to contact both the parties for the said transaction via many E-mails. But no satisfactory answer is given nor taking any action in this regards by both of them. Whenever I have sent mail to PayTM only computer generated same mail was sent to me and no action towards my mail are initiated by the PayTM. I had also tried the paytm through mobile but i could not able to connect to the customer care through various numbers available on web. Please do the needful in this regard. Hoping for prompt action in this matter. Thanks in Advance......
