No response from anyone's end. There is Security Deposits and credit notes which i would like to wit

Sir,
This is in respect to closing of accounts for our wholesale firm M/S MRP ENTERPRISES Customer No- 371202, NAGARJUNA FERTILIZER. This firm was looked after my father Late Pappu Agrawal who is no more on this earth. I cannot continue to look after his business and there has been no transactions from last two years.
The same knowledge was given to our RM Purnia, but i have not received any satisfactory reply from his end. There is Security Deposits and credit notes which i would like to withdraw as we are in dire need of them because of him passing away. He was the sole bread Earner for our family.
Please look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.
