Hello Sir/Madam,
Many time I have sent PF related my all the details but I am not getting any response from them. I was raised name correction request form my UAN after lots of follow up my employer has approved but now showing it's pending at Kolkata field office. I am taking lots of follow up with Kolkata office but not getting any response on an emails and phones. And I am not able to see my passbook on my UAN account. they are neglecting my each and every request. I did politely request to them on emails then also they are not responding. Can you please help me in this. I need my 4 year PF amount ASAP. Please find the attachment for name correction request. Please check and do the need full.. Thanking in advance.
