Money is deducted but my bssc website shows payment is not done

I was applying for bssc graduate level form,my amount is deducted but due to technical error my form did not get accepted.
According to bank information bssc accept the payment but my form did not fill,and it asks for another payment my previous money is not refunded yet, i am attaching the bank details below
