Money deduct but bill payment not success

Dear sir. 03/01/2021 ko maine apna electric bill mobikwik par debit card se payment kiya. Mere bank se paise cut gaye. Lekin bill payment success nahi hua. Bank se mujhe reference no. 100317199192 mila hai. Lekin mobikwik par trasection id bhi nahi aa raha hai. Please help me
