I have paid Rs. 62,997/- to Mr. Bharat Sharma of M/s Indian Auto Care Services , Gurugram through bank transfer now he is not returning the payment he issued me a cheque of Rs. 57,997/- which god bounced two times as he is not maintaining the balance in his account from which the cheque is been issued.

The aforesaid company and its custodians namely Mr. Bharat Sharma and Durgesh Sharma are fraud/cheater and cheated many people in the area and running this scam from couple of years a written complaint was made to the police station of Sector-14 Gurugram when the police officials visited the aforesaid company office Mr. Bharat Sharma himself requested to SHO through ink signed letter for payment commitment now he is not picking the phone neither he is returning the money as advance paid to him.
