I purchased Big Bazaar profit club card at the cost of 10000, but could not utilise company is close

I purchased Big Bazaar membership card number 9228088 394 3018 at the cost of 10000 . I consumed only 2000 out of it and rest Rs 8000 pending in the profit club card. I am unable to utilize it as all outlets are closed. Therefore please either direct me how to utilise pending amount of this card or refund the amount. Big bazar customer care is not responding to any query. I Here is a unique membership program where one can pay Rs 10,000 and can shop for Rs 1000 per month for the next 12 months i.e. Rs 12000 over a period of 12 months.
