Didn't get refund after 62 working day of cancelled flight by airlines

I was booked flight ticket on 1st Jan 2020 from HappyEasyGo from HYD to PTN of GoAir Airlines for 27th Jan.but on 24th Jan I got msg from airlines that flight is cancelled.Then I cancelled .ur executive told me your money will refunded within 30-45 working days.and today after 62 working days i didn't get money back.whenever i am calling executive they are saying I'll update u within 72hrs but after 72hrs they have same reply.
