Bhim UPI - Money has been deducted from my account but payment not done

I was booking my flight ticket through IRCTC. Payment request come to my bhim acc. I have done payment to irctc. The amount also deducted from my bank acc. But ticket not booked yet. Irctc customer care tolled booking amount not come.
Now tell me what do I do.
