I made payment of Airtel phone bill of Rs. 1178 on 29.03.2022 .

A duplicate amount of Rs.1178.82 was debited , on its own, from my card on 09.04.2022 . this amount is neither
credited in my Airtel account nor refunded to my credit card.

Look into the matter and refund the amount in my account at the earliest.

N.b. credit card statement attached.
