i have purchase and mobile phone (Renewed Lava Agni) from Amazon but i have received Lava Z6, after complain Amazon team had raise the request for reverse pickup on 25th Dec'21. but on 22nd Dec'21 my account put on hold without any information and still it's on hold.

pickup was done on 25th Dec'21 after i was discussed to amazon customer care but no one helping.

and today Amazon one tele caller says will not issue any resund.

i requested to you kindly help.
