AC TV not given n money taken online to bank account

I transferred 25000/- to account no. 08701000021752 Ifsc code psib0000870 on 20 September, 2019 (10,000) + 15000 on 21 September, 2019 i.e Total: 25000/-
I was told by Vivek Bhatia (Mob No. 9587646847 n 8875787131) that he will deliver 2 ton AC n replace my old TV in this amount. But he didn't deliver AC n took my old 52" Sony TV as well.
I file an online police complaint also with no. SMPRK2019120323692 n Pariwad No. 12190676945283 but nothing happened till now. (It was withMahesh Nagar Police station)
