Dear Sir,
I inform you to that I have applied passport in 2017. I have also visited patna passport kendra with appropriate document. The PSK verified me and gave me token no-W237 dated.-10/10/2017. But I have not recieved my passport till now. When I check my status it showed ''Passport application is under review at Regional Passport Office.''.I also attached screen shot of the status. Than I gone passport office three and four times, but they cannot give me correct information/do anything about my problem. The Seva kendra is so far from my house. So I cannot go any more.Passport is very urgent.At last I inform u with hope that you help me.
So I kindly request you to please solved my problem ASAP.
