Wrong reporting while return the product

This is to inform you that I have made a return request through Flipkart vide tracking I'd FMPRO375464561 but today I have recieved a text from ekart that I have cancelled the request as I want to keep the product but that is not true i still want to return the product and also I didn't get any call regarding this.

I hereby request you to look into this matter and do the needful and make the return as soon as possible.
