I had ordered for OLAY cream vide order ID 0D121091559224714000 on 23/2/21 which was delivered on 28/2/21. Once started using the cream, I found that it is a fake product with fake contents and packaging. Made various complaint to Flipkart to take criminal action against the vendor. But till date no action has been taken. Flipkart is harbouring criminals who are selling/delivering fake/duplicate product through their online platform. Regards COMPLAINANT- Ratnesh
