Regarding my refund of dress which i already returned

Hey,I ordered a dress from Myntra on 23 May 2022,.. Its order Id is -1205184-1332392-8879001 ,but when i recieved this dress,it was not in a good condition it looked like an old product and no tags were there..so i decided go return it after jst few days beacuse i was runninf litttle busy those days so I placed a return request on 6th of June 2022,and my dress was picked up on 7th of June 2022. And when i didnt got my refund.. I tried to contact them so they told that the product failed quality check,Like i really wanna know they already send used product at first then the customers like me face hassles returning it.. And they Don't even initiate my refund and not helping me out..i have tried everything..they r just fooling me around from 5 days ..not shipping dress back to me or not even initiating my refund.please help me with this issue.
