Ordered a product same day delivery not received even 2nd day.

We ordered a phone from amazon by paying online in order to get the same day delivery. Not a single person contacted us for delivery when we tried to contact customer care they keep on saying don't worry it will be delivered by tomorrow. But we never recieve any call from delivery even we tried to contact him from the provided number. Unfortunately, it is always showing busy. Now it says sending back to seller without even a single attempt to deliver to the provided address. COD products are already being delivered on same day even though we didn't opt for. But payed orders still not received we need to take strict action against amazon for giving false promises.
