Not returnand refund

This is with reference to an Order Number:12126644GXB4DE8847 placed on 24.09.2021 which has been delivered to me on 28.09.2021. The product was for Rs. 1542.24 and it was a "babyhug jungle safari foot to floor ride-on". It's product quality is too low. I raised a return request, but to my utter shock, she was told that the product is of "non returnable" category. I told them that it conforms to all the return policy requirements i.e. original tags are intact and it is unused and the return request is raised on the very day of delivery, yet they stated that they would neither take the return nor refund my money.
I have been cheated by first cry people by delivery of such inferior quality product. The price of the product is also on higher side and thus, by declining my return request, they have not only caused me monetary loss, but have also caused a lot of mental stress and agony for me.
I want to strongly complain about this incident and see redressal of my issue and refund of my money which has been wasted upon such a pathetic quality of product.
Please help.
