Order #981395 (30/05/18) Item Description: LCD with Touch Screen for Asus Zenfone 2 Laser ZE601KL - Silver (complete assembly folder) Ordered this product as screen of my Asus phone was damaged and body of the phone is with me Received product on 4th June. Took it to the repair center. Engineer found white marks on back and said it looks like water went in and spoiled the screen. Can damage the phone if connected Maxbhi agreed to replace. Replacement was received by me on 22-6-18. Engineer found physical look of product in order To check if product is working, he placed the screen in the slot of the body of the mobile and connected cables, mobile switched on but no display. Engineer placed a SIM in Asus, called up this number. Asus phone rang but no action can be taken as nothing was on the screen. Asked Maxbhi for replacement on 1-7-18. On 12-7-18, Maxbhi says they cannot replace as warranty seal broken. Not sure what seal they are referring to. I see a blue sticker which is going across the front and back of the product. Same can be seen in the attached pictures. When the screen was placed in the slot on the body of the mobile, the sticker got cut. There was no other option. Also, this sticker appears on the front of the screen and a seal cannot be coming like that. Not sure if this can be called a seal at all. Asus company had discontinued this model of the mobile and thus the screen is not easily available in the market. I have a feeling that Maxbhi happened to get hands to 2 used pieces and have tried to sell the same to me and which are not working. If this is true, then they are not selling the product I ordered for. Please help me with Maxbhi sending me a replacement product at the earliest.
