No proper response received on refund initiated

Online Order Complaint Complaint Date: March 15, 2021
I have tried to place an order,but due to payment gateway failure amount got deducted but order was not placed.I tried to reach customer care but everytime they end up with copy paste verbiage.They close my complaint without any proper resolution.Order was for 4th March but it's been 10 days refund not yet payment was made via mobikwik
