I am not getting my refund amount from Flipkart

Dear sir
Myself Chetan from Bangalore I ordered laptop portable speakers from Flipkart(Order ID - OD224948280703800000 ) because of the quality issue I return the part on last month 30th I called & updated for the refund process till now I am not getting any proper communication from your side.
Moreover I informed Flipkart Customer Care people I am not using ICICI bank account I have to change my new account at your portal. They said me like after the pickup we will call you and take the new bank account after that no one in call me. Now Flipkart team saying already amount refund done on 31st of May till now refund not reflecting my account everyday I am following with your guys but I am not getting proper genuine answer
I am attaching all the document kindly go through and resolve the problem
