I AM RONAK PATEL. I ordered red tape company T-shirt (sweatshirt) on 30 October 2020 on Paytm mall . On 5 November I received call from PAYTM DELIVERY BOY , He didn’t found my location and not delivered product to Me .after that night i was checked my product status , there i am showing that order was delivered to Ronak Patel, but i didn’t get any product, i can that is possible . I was tried many times to contact with delivery boy through phone calls , but there is no response. And also tried to reach paytm customer care services. Not satisfied answer to me through Mail. PLEASE HELP ME . And others people who are facing problem like this.
