Flipkart India Complain - Product Delivered, No one coming for installations

Dear Sir

I have purchased hero cycle online from flipkart and paid money on 7th July. I have received product after much of follow up on 13th. But till date there is no one contacted or come for installation of the product. Whenever i called up call center i received lame excuses saying that matter escalated to concerned team but no one reverted till date. They are not responding and one of the customer executive said that directly contact hero and get installations at your own.They dont fear of court or consumer laws of india. It is sorry state for consumer and govt both
