have purchased samsung powerbank 25000mah led light with 64 gb memory card vide order no.117297000385141 dt. 25.04.2017 and i have received on 09.05.2017 power bank charged then after use is not working properly.in the memory card i copied some files, but it is not getting stored in the memory card. So kindly take solutions for the above said problems.
