Defective smartphone was sold with invalid warranty detailsils

Hi team,

In November 2020, I ordered a Micromax C2A+ smartphone on flipkart. The invoice provided by flipkart contained incorrect IMEI numbers. The service centre rejected for providing the services as the IMEI of the device is not matching with the ones mentioned in the Invoice bill.

Also, according to my invoice date, which is November 2020, the warranty is still valid. However, the service centre confirmed that the smartphone is not serviceable as the device IMEI was activated in 2018 by the seller.

The device is not in a usable condition and I am stuck with it.
