Defective product sold to me and now not taking back the return

I have purchased a shirt from Myntra which was delivered to me on 28th July and I saw it was with defective stitches and spots. So I decided to cancel and raised a cancelation request with the Myntra application, the agent came on the same for pick up and when he watched the defective stitches just denied to receive the product and went back. Now Myntra is not responding to my request calls regarding the issue.
