Deducted 3 times payment against a single order out of which one time amount not refunded

I have placed a online order on 20th December from Zomato in which i ordered from Subway of amount Rs. 878.52. The amount of Rs. 878.53 deducted 3 times from my side. One amount is deducted for actual order, 2nd time deducted amount not processed and 3rd time deducted order has been processed and still i have complaint for it but didn't receive any refund for this extra deduction.
