Complaint against Swiggy regarding packaging issue.

Order no: 107850686751, I received a ice cream box and it was not sealed. I complaint to swiggy and they gave me two choices, either a refund of ₹93( which was half of the total amount of the order) or just report the issue. Now my concern is that they don't give any importance to their customers health and their money. They are making the mockery of consumer rights in India
