Last month i order vu tv after i recieved tv technician roy rampraksh come at my home and install tv after installation complete i check tv but when i channel change i see black line on tv display so i call log on flipkart after that technician roy rampraksah visit my home and he says it is display problem and he conveiyence for replacement of tv.after replacement i recive new tv now same technician come at my home now second time i see same issue but this time technician roy ramprakash say it is not display problem it is type of manufacturing so against call log on flipkart and flipkart call assign on roy ramprakash but this technician without come at my home he will close the call so i complaint second time flipkart again assign call on roy ramprakash technician second time this technician without visit my home he will close the call.today i call log on third time on flipkart but same technician assign flipkart.technician and flipkart team not solve my problem and not give me my refunded money.bcz i faces same problem in replacement tv please help me and help to give me refunded money.
