Complain regarding the refund not initiated and doing fraud

I had ordered herbalife products on 15th February 2021. I did the payment in advance. But due to some unknown reasons my product is not delivered till the date. The reasons provided by the vendors are totally rubbish. We waited for more than a normal interval of time for delivery as a consequence we didn’t get our product. At last I called them and demanded the refund for my undelivered item. Inspite of abundant calls and messages we are not at all getting any solution regarding our refund. Now I want to register a complain regarding the same. The amount for the refund is 10,450/- INR. The contact details of the seller are:
