Dear Sir/ Madam, I had Ordered a Mobile Phone From your Online Shopping Site. The Order No. of my order Is :S802545885 . It is to inform you that there is some defect in the mobile phone. It Automatically Gets Switch off And the Battery gets Drains out. And Including mobile Phone the Power Bank was also there, that power bank is not getting charge. So There Is defect in the order which i had placed. and we send back imminently 11/1/2017 and the told 20/12/17 we revived refund and second time the told 26/1/2018 and still the told 10/3/18 we revived refund is not a right ans as a company ans still we not get refund kindly look into mater whaaky ph no 04066228282- refund manager is name kartik 04066228273
