I bought a Dell all in one desktop black color online from Amazon for Rs 80990.00 on 29/03/2023 .Order ID 402-6283341-4485105 I have received a different model and silver color desktop on 1/4/2023. I immediately called Amazon customer care for replacement. They told me that within 2-3 days I will get the goods back. Amazon customer care said wait 1- 2 days. I had got two more times to pickup return this good from Amazon customer care, but no one came to pick up the goods. On 8/04/2023 no one came to me even to collect the goods, I received an SMS on my phone that the pickup was canceled by me which I did not do. Again I called the customer care and said that why the pickup was cancelled. He said to me that to pick up again 10/04/2022 and lastly pickup this item by Amazon agent boy i have shoot photo and video of pick up and vehicle number. Pickup Tracking ID: 625650915261 return this good from me to the Amazon online site show your refund will be processed when we receive your item. 18/4/2023. On 18/04/2023 I took information in customer care they again took 3 days time and asked me to call till 22/04/2023. On 22/04/2003, when I called the customer care in the job, I was told directly that the same return that you have received, or something. You will not be able to get a refund or a replacement in any way. No one is listening to the customer care. Not return my goods, not getting the refund yet.
