Very poor quality products and no refund.

I have ordered two products and cancellation done by them one product on 26.09.2019 due to no stock and still date I have not received my money back as well as other product also received defective for which I returned and claim for refund but unfortunately although club factory team informed to me refund will done with in 10 working days but already more than 10 days cross but no refund I received for both the products.
